The Probate Court is located in the Newberry County Courthouse Annex located at 1309 College Street. The building is handicap accessible with plenty of parking with no fee.
From Columbia: I-26 West. Take SC 219 (exit 76) towards Newberry. Hwy 219 turns into Main St. Continue straight. Turn right on College Street. Immediately after red light, turn left into parking lot.
From Greenville: I-385 South to I-26 East. Take exit 72. Turn right on to SC 121. SC 121 turns into College Street. The Newberry County Courthouse Annex is located on the right between the US Post Office and Wells Fargo Bank.
