What We Do

Provide legal representation and advice for the County and all its elected officials and officers in litigation either brought against the County or initiated by the County. The office reviews, approves as to form, and drafts legal documents which include deeds, contracts, leases, dedication instruments, security and performance bonds, various pleadings, bond issue documents, resolutions, ordinances, and acts.

What We Do Not Do

• Provide legal services to individual employees on personal matters.
• Provide legal services to citizens on personal matters.
